This cardio heavy class was designed to PUSH you to your edge and use that as an opportunity to infuse the belief system that you are resilient.
In between the cardio bursts we find new muscles to activate with creative floor work that targets all the muscles in your side body (obliques, outer hips and shoulders)
Make sure you are ready right when you press play because together we will do a grounding exercise for you to take inventory of where you are emotionally before class to be able to feel the contrast once class is over.
