This class was inspired on a day where my girl Sarah and I had less than 20 minutes and wanted to get the MOST out of a short workout that targeted (mainly) the buns! Come back to this class again and again as a solo workout (for days you're short on time) or an add on to other quickies!
You can increase your weights as your strength increases. Slow-mo with 20 lbs weights is my fave!
